Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 Days to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries using the United States Postal Service:

- Great Britain
- All EU Countries
- Australia
- New Zealand
- India
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will be our best estimate of the cost but could vary. If the estimate is inaccurate we will notify you before shipping and await your approval before shipping your order. Please allow 3 Days to process your order and expect an email within 3 Days to let you know your order is on the way!
Please allow 20 Days for international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT (Value Added Tax), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pure and Simple Pottery Products is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pureandsimplepottery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
